I have used Princeton Air for my A/C maintenance since I moved here. They are very professional. The technicians are very good. The company supports their technicians with the latest technology, which I like to see.

We had both our heating boiler and air conditioning system replaced over the past 2 days by Princeton Air (aka Weltman Home Services). The sales and contract process led by Chris M. was quick, thorough and easy to understand. The installation team was Christian J., Michael C. and Jimmy. Electrical work was done by Joseph L. The entire service team was friendly, professional, very knowledgable and efficient. Both system installations were done within 1 day as promised. We have been customers for 2 years and continue to always be extremely pleased with the team and their services.

I couldn’t be happier with Princeton Heating & Air Conditioning. From the start Christian — our original rep — was especially excellent: straightforward, honest, and absolutely no pressure or sales tactics, which really meant a lot to me (and probably the reason I felt comfortable moving forward with a complete overhaul).

After only a day from first meeting with Christian, the installation team spent a full 12-hour day installing two HVAC units (one up in the attic) and were professional, hardworking, and respectful the whole time. They took care to lay down cloth where they walked, paid attention to aesthetics so the finished work looks great, and even brought in electricians to install the additional outlets needed for a safe, code-compliant setup.

Clean, efficient, and trustworthy — highly recommend this company.

Princeton air and their service rep Jermaine came same day to fix a leak I had in one of my closets Jermaine found the leak told me what needed to be done gave me the pricing and scheduled me immediately for the next day. He fixed the leak addressed any issues or questions I had and I’m very pleased with the job thank you to him and Princeton air

The technician assigned to us did a thorough job and his cheerful personality was the one bright spot in this whole mess for us.

Erim and David did a phenomenal job. They were extremely careful removing the old water heater and bringing in the new one. We have a house with narrow staircases and doorways, along with tight turns. It was not an easy task, but they pulled it off without a hitch. Erim completed the installation and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

We have a colonial house with two separate units for each of the floors.Our old HVAC was a Carrier system in its 26 year. Didn’t want to wait for it to fail. Went ahead choosing Carrier Infinity top of the line equipment. At Princeton Air both the Sales and Installation Teams were great. Installation team came on time and ensured after the job was done the work area was clean. Very friendly team. They ensured they helped answer my questions. As this is a new installation I am sure they did a great workmanship in line with their brand name. Will add more feedback regarding the installation quality once the new equipment is here for a few months. Overall great experience.

The mechanic was on time and able to rectify the issue immediately. Explained the issue and the cost to fix the issue. Good job

Jose did second analysis of why Heat pump was not working found burnt out motor for fan. System to be replaced.

I had an urgent heater issue in the middle of the night, and Taylor from Princeton Air responded immediately. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hands-on, quickly identifying and resolving the problem. On top of that, Princeton Air offers great pricing and flexible plans, making their service both reliable and affordable. I couldn’t be more impressed with Taylor and the team—I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC support!

I am extremely grateful to Princeton Sir Conditioner for the service they provided with Mr. Gaines. He resolved the issue with the unit. Very diligent. It seems the problem stemmed from the unit’s age. They couldn’t find the replacement part at the time. The cold in my house was unbearable. The technician, in his search, found something that could be adjusted for the unit, with had been installed 10 years prior. He located it two hours away and returned with it. It took him a considerable amount of time to adjust it, but he succeeded. He informed me that The PAC finally had found the correct part, and he would return next day to make the necessary replacement. He emphasized tha The PAC wanted the service to be of the highest quality, resolving the issues and ensuring the unit was installed to the required standard. He also assured me that I would have the perfect temperature in my home. They provided me with excellent service!!! Great job and service!!!

We had Daniel. He fixed my furnace problem right away and did a whole visual of my system to look for any other problems. He tightened loose screws and solved a leak. He put on shoe covers and was very professional in going thru the house

Princeton Air replaced my heat pump with a new high efficiency model. The team, from the estimator and manager to installers, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. During the installation they kept us informed of timing and worked diligently to complete it timely. The system works great and I have had no issues.

He is excellent. Would like him to be my maintenance man in future visits
