Original review: I’ve used Princeton Air twice and, unfortunately, both experiences involved avoidable mistakes that required follow-up visits.

In June 2025, we paid about $23K for a full HVAC replacement. Immediately after installation, the system produced a high-pitched noise. When a technician came out after a few days, they found that the installation team had left the furnace manual inside the blower. As the blower ran, it was hitting the paper—part of which had already burned due to friction. This is a basic oversight that should never happen, especially on a brand-new system at this price point.

More recently, we paid around $1,400 to fix a leaking shower. The plumber arrived on time and replaced a Moen 1225B cartridge quickly. However, when I used the shower later, the hot and cold water were reversed. I had to call again and wait for a return visit the same day, which required rearranging my schedule.

While both issues were eventually corrected, neither should have occurred in the first place. These are not complex problems—they are quality control issues. Having to schedule additional visits after already paying significant amounts is frustrating and inconvenient.

Overall, the technicians were professional, but the execution and attention to detail have been disappointing. I would expect a higher level of workmanship and quality assurance.

Sorry. Alberto arrived on time for annual review of my HVAC system for seasonal inspection. He made the adjustments required and as others had told mentioned that my system would work better if I added an additional part.
I was shown how to clean the water reservoir to keep it functioning properly before he left. Thank you Alberto!

Dominic was extremely pleasant, professional, and thorough,. He was also quite efficient. He quickly diagnosed the situation and was able to correct it. He also took the time to patiently explain my thermostat to me. Then he signed me up as a member. So he’s a pretty good sales guy too!

Also thank you Chris and Marco for coming out and diagnosing the problem they guided me to a path where the suggestion was to actually replace the furnace and Ac unit. Also Joe who directly walked in to look at the panel where he exactly knew what needed to be done very knowledgeable. This team that came to my location Paterson st. was top notch service and because of this service I will use you guys to replace my other 2 units. I will also pass on your company services to friends and family for future reference. I know Herb left early while working due to family circumstances but I personally told him family comes first go ahead as a customer I will not think less you all showed great respect in my house hold.
