Informative, focused sales presentation by Christian, resulting in a very competitive price for total HVAC installation. No oversell. We were interested in improving the air quality, to which he recommended an air scrubber. Homework proved his recommendation was spot on. The installation took place as scheduled with the technicians, Sam and Louie, working in an organized, courteous professional manner. They kept our home clean throughout their workday.
They fired up the heater after confirming the AC unit performed flawlessly. Our home was comfortably toasty in several minutes and the heater is very quiet.
It's without reservation that my wife and I would highly recommend Princeton Air Conditioning for a new HVAC system installation.

Having a service contract with Princeton Air is a real plus. I called Monday and by Tuesday a service tech was at my home. Neal, the Tech was a real pro who knew exactly what to do. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the thermostat and the carefully explained how to use it. He was also very pleasant and well-mannered (despite being a Lakers fan!). I highly recommend Princeton Air.

On 05/17/2026 both Brian Hassan working on my backup generator and Cruise Rodriguez working on my central A/C system did excellent jobs inspecting, servicing and repairing my equipment.
