Brandon arrived on time was very knowledgeable and insured everything was working properly with both my air conditioner and heating unit. He showed me pictures where he saw problems and discussed them with me. I feel Brandon is an excellent technician and would most definitely recommend him to others. New work 3/11/26: Smoke/CO2 detector went off for about 30 seconds at 11pm.
Nothing was running, no one cooking. The next morning we called for an appointment for the following day. Tech arrived on time and after explaining the event he agreed the detector was defective and replaced it free of charge due to it being within the warranty period. Another 5star rating for Princeton Air.

The sales and contract process led by Chris M. was quick, thorough and easy to understand. The installation team was Christian J., Michael C. and Jimmy. Electrical work was done by Joseph L. The entire service team was friendly, professional, very knowledgable and efficient. Both system installations were done within 1 day as promised. We have been customers for 2 years and continue to always be extremely pleased with the team and their services.

From the start Christian — our original rep — was especially excellent: straightforward, honest, and absolutely no pressure or sales tactics, which really meant a lot to me (and probably the reason I felt comfortable moving forward with a complete overhaul).

After only a day from first meeting with Christian, the installation team spent a full 12-hour day installing two HVAC units (one up in the attic) and were professional, hardworking, and respectful the whole time. They took care to lay down cloth where they walked, paid attention to aesthetics so the finished work looks great, and even brought in electricians to install the additional outlets needed for a safe, code-compliant setup.

Erim and David did a phenomenal job. They were extremely careful removing the old water heater and bringing in the new one. We have a house with narrow staircases and doorways, along with tight turns. It was not an easy task, but they pulled it off without a hitch. Erim completed the installation and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
