Dominic was extremely pleasant, professional, and thorough,. He was also quite efficient. He quickly diagnosed the situation and was able to correct it. He also took the time to patiently explain my thermostat to me. Then he signed me up as a member. So he’s a pretty good sales guy too!

He diagnosed system and made some suggestions to my system as others have done previously. Since the suggestions had been made previously, I decided to review alternatives and made the decision to sustain the efficiency of my system.

I have changed my rating from negative to 4 stars. Princeton Air finally followed up with us and tried to make this right. They used the fee we had to pay for the uncalled for service described earlier towards payment for part replacement. Their technician was competent and polite. I appreciate that a customer service representative followed up and corrected this issue. I hope their future service remains good and reliable.

I would give them a minus rating if I could.
I am extremely disappointed with the decline in Princeton Air competency and service. After the snowstorm in late January, our two brand new systems stopped working one by one (<9months old). The technician fixed one temporarily and reported a potential issue with HVAC pipe.
Then Princeton Air sent a plumber who did not even look at the HVAC system and charged us over $400 for a service we never asked for and never needed. Princeton Air has not responded at all to our request for a refund.
They have shown incompetence in installation, maintenance, and very spotty competence in fixing the issues and complete failure in customer service.

Previous review from 2025: Dominique was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. However not all Princeton Air technicians are like that. We have new systems so there is really no reason to require so much maintenance and so many technicians to fix it. Additionally even though we have a contract with them, they wanted to charge an extra fee, despite the fact that the issue came up after the routine service a week earlier.
I wish I could give the new Princeton Air a better review but their service is not as good as it used to be.

Excellent technician (Naim) who checked everything, replaced air filter (slot to place it in has always been a problem) and identified potential alternative placement for air filter which would be lower cost fix. Most important is that he explained each step of what he was doing and finding and my options moving forward.

We recently had Princeton Air install a complete HVAC system in our home. We were extremely pleased with the entire process. Especially we would like to say how happy we were with our installers: Jorge V, Juan T and Khalil M. They were very professional, efficient and neat with their work. We couldn't be happier.

I am extremely grateful to Princeton Sir Conditioner for the service they provided with Mr. Gaines. He resolved the issue with the unit. Very diligent. It seems the problem stemmed from the unit’s age. They couldn’t find the replacement part at the time. The cold in my house was unbearable. The technician, in his search, found something that could be adjusted for the unit, with had been installed 10 years prior. He located it two hours away and returned with it. It took him a considerable amount of time to adjust it, but he succeeded. He informed me that The PAC finally had found the correct part, and he would return next day to make the necessary replacement. He emphasized tha The PAC wanted the service to be of the highest quality, resolving the issues and ensuring the unit was installed to the required standard. He also assured me that I would have the perfect temperature in my home. They provided me with excellent service!!! Great job and service!!!

I had a frozen pipe so called a few places before Princeton air and plumbing. They were the only ones able to send me someone the same day which was a Sunday! Mike was very professional and effective and luckily was able to thaw the pipe in 20 min!
