Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained reason for repairs. He left everything clean after his work. I would be happy to recommend and use his service for future needs. Also Princeton Air responded very quickly to my call and arrived within the time frame they said that they would. I’m not sure what the going rates are for this type of repair so the cost charged may be within reason. However, it seemed high priced.

I engaged Princeton Air for my Furnace maintenance. Danielle, the Technician was fabulous. Very patiently he explained to me in details the exact state of the furnace. No hard sell, just simple facts. I knew that am in good hands as he went on performing maintenance and clearly showed me what he was doing and why. I never experienced such a knowledgeable technician. He also gave me some tips to keep my HVAC system efficient. I highly recommend Princeton Air and specifically Danielle to any homeowner who wants peace of mind in running HVAC system efficiently

Princeton Air sent someone out the day I called, when another company said it would be a week – to find a leak source under my kitchen floors! The techs (2 of them) were great. Efficient, communicated what they found (refrigerator ice maker line) and how they were fixing it, and made sure the work was done correctly. Very reasonable price – would highly recommend Princeton Air.

I recently experienced issues with both my heating and cooling systems due to a power surge. As always, Ryan G. and Dave G. came to save the day. There were multiple issues discovered;Ryan spent two days at my home working on things and came back an additional two with Dave to complete the work. Really appreciate these gentlemen and their knowledge/Professionalism! I have used this company since they were Weltman and trust them to get the job done efficiently every time.

Great service. Easy to schedule an appointment and the technicians are knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. At our last system maintenance appointment, I pointed out a problem we were having to the technician, Stivan, and he immediately fixed it.
