Ryan G came by and provide tips and recommendations so thorough and with full clarity that I believe will benefit in the long haul. Because of this, I was confident to re-sign up for their maintenance program. He was a true professional who is highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic with the work that he is called to do.

We had Norman. He was here a few hours and checked out my HVAC systems for the summer.
He was careful and professional.

Jose and Corey were a great team and genuinely seemed to care about solving our issues.

I had A/C installed in May, but waited to write a review to see how effective the units can be once it's hot out. Now that I've gone through a couple high temperature days where I turned the mini splits on, I can post a review that I am completely satisfied with the installation by Princeton Air Conditioning and the ease of usage of units. I also will add that it was a pleasure to have Mike C. and Christian J. on the job; they, along with the crews that were on site over the course of the two days, were professional, communicative and upfront. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for services.

Professional and friendly staff

Air conditioning wasn't working and they came out and got it fixed within a day. Ryan did a great job making sure everything was up and running quickly.

Ryan G got our old air conditioner working again quickly during a bad heat wave and, when we were ready, he explained all our options very well and laid the groundwork to make it easy for us to have installed a new air conditioner. Plus he rescued our cat three times when our cat tried to get out through the garage. He was very kind to all our pets and to us. Thank you, Ryan G!

Dominic was extremely pleasant, professional, and thorough,. He was also quite efficient. He quickly diagnosed the situation and was able to correct it. He also took the time to patiently explain my thermostat to me. Then he signed me up as a member. So he’s a pretty good sales guy too!
However, I then set up an appointment for maintenance and twice Princeton Air canceled me. I’m now set up for maintenance the end of June. And that’s after they tried to set me up the end of July and I complained.And this is after Dominic signed me up as a member. There’s something very wrong with their business model and I do not consider this good customer service. I will likely have to look for a different service…. something more responsive.

Tech (Alex) was on time, courteous, very professional. He let me know that, because of my contract w/McCallister, I would have no extra payment for the part needed.

The repair man, Dominic came out this morning to inspect our AC system. He was extremely knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and explained things very well. I work in construction and can tell you that Dominic is one of the best I’ve seen in years. Princeton air is very lucky to have him as an employee as he is SUCH AN ASSET to your company.

I also want to give a special thanks to Leah the customer service representative I spoke to. Also extremely kind and helpful. I have had the worst two weeks of my life and two strangers taking the time to kind made my heart smile. Thanks again Leah and Dominic. Chuck our Project Manager has been very kind and knowledgeable through this process as well. I am grateful for the people who work here as they made this pretty easy. Thank you all so much.

Latrell Romulus from Princeton Air did a great job of making sure my AC units were working properly. He was thorough and knowledgeable, and communicated potential areas of concern in a very clear manner.

This is an outstanding company on all levels.

The team at Princeton Air Conditioning has been excellent. Wilver Matos was great, knowledgeable, customer service oriented and willing to help. He was also preemptive in solutioning comprehensively for the water heater installation especially since there was some mix-up originally but he worked to sort it out.

Mike showed up right on time. He was personable and knowledgable. He took his time to explain the different options for water heater replacement, and answered my questions fully. All good.

This was a follow up call on an issue we had with a new HVAC system we had installed a little over a year ago for our upstairs that couldn’t be fixed without Tech Support from both Princeton Air and Lenox. Jose showed up right on time and went to work with Lenox to determine our problem. It was determined that our new system would have to have the coils replaced and we would not be responsible for any repairs. Jose was extremely pleasant to deal with and took his time to explain to us what probably caused this issue. With technicians like Jose now working for Princeton Air we are very happy customers again.

The technician was absolutely positively wonderful. Was very kind, thoughtful and most of all patient. Found the problem quickly and I was back in business. It is because of him I will be using Princeton Air for all of my plumbing issues and will be scheduling a maintenance appointment requesting this same technician. Thank you again for such wonderful service. I happily recommend this company.

Jermaine did an amazing job!!! He moved my gas line into my new laundry room and put in a new sump pump for me . He was on time, explained everything and answered all of my questions.
