Having a service contract with Princeton Air is a real plus. I called Monday and by Tuesday a service tech was at my home. Neal, the Tech was a real pro who knew exactly what to do. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the thermostat and the carefully explained how to use it. He was also very pleasant and well-mannered (despite being a Lakers fan!). I highly recommend Princeton Air.

Ryan from Princeton Air was outstanding! He was thorough, methodical, and incredibly clear in explaining each step of his diagnostic process. He carefully documented his work, identified the root cause of the high-pressure switch issue, and promptly returned the next day to complete the repair once the part was available. My system is now running perfectly, and I’ve already signed up for a maintenance plan. I highly recommend Ryan and will definitely request him for future service calls.

heat was not working. they came out and they inspected and gave a fair proposal. they measured what it needed. they came the next day and installed it. thank you for the prompt service in cold weather.

On 05/17/2026 both Brian Hassan working on my backup generator and Cruise Rodriguez working on my central A/C system did excellent jobs inspecting, servicing and repairing my equipment. Cruise found coolant gas leakage problems with my A/C system and advised me the best and least expensive way to deal with them. I was highly impressed with their work and give them my highest rating.

I called them in the morning on a holiday and they were there by 12:30. Kelvin Garcia was very nice, polite, and figured out the problem in no time. New work 3/11/26: Smoke/CO2 detector went off for about 30 seconds at 11pm.
Nothing was running, no one cooking. The next morning we called for an appointment for the following day. Tech arrived on time and after explaining the event he agreed the detector was defective and replaced it free of charge due to it being within the warranty period. Another 5star rating for Princeton Air.
