Cory was here for almost two hours and performed many tasks including pulling down the attic ladder and checked electrical circuit inside and outside the AC system. He is patient and professional. I like his approach and explanation to further improve the system.

We had our annual HVAC preventive maintenance visit this week from Princeton Air, and I must say it was an excellent experience. Our technician did a fantastic job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He performed a very thorough health check of our system including: – Inspection of air filter quality and air blower condition – Complete inspection of the outdoor compressor unit – Checked for any refrigerant leakages and verified refrigerant levels – Inspection of the control panel including capacitor functionality test – Thorough cleaning of the panel He also gave us valuable advice on installing a Power Surge Protector and a UV Air Filter for better power protection and improved air quality. I have been a loyal customer of Princeton Air- they previously replaced my 25-year-old HVAC system and Tankless Water Heater with excellent quality work. Their service has always been top-notch. Had both my original home furnace units replaced after 15 years. Dong Lin was the lead technician and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He and his team did an excellent job removing the old units and installing the new units. And followed it up with an explanation on the unit and walking us through filter maintenance of our specific unit. I’ve use Princeton Air for my HVAC maintenance as well as for 15 years and they have always done a good job and even at times where things were not right the first time out they would promptly come back and make the appropriate adjustments.

Pricey, but good. Since my last electrician didn’t show up for the appointment, I decided to go with a company. Anthony is the electrician they sent, and he is whom I will be requesting going forward.

Princeton Air went above and beyond fixing my broken dehumidifier. Their technician spent a lot of time troubleshooting the issue and even got on the phone with the manufacturer’s technical support to get to the bottom of it. Once they determined it was a warranty issue, they took the extra step of hauling away the old unit, picking up a replacement, and installing it themselves — no extra hassle on my end. It’s working perfectly now. Great service and real dedication to getting the job done right. Highly recommend!
