I am extremely grateful to Princeton Sir Conditioner for the service they provided with Mr. Gaines. He resolved the issue with the unit. Very diligent. It seems the problem stemmed from the unit’s age. They couldn’t find the replacement part at the time. The cold in my house was unbearable. The technician, in his search, found something that could be adjusted for the unit, with had been installed 10 years prior. He located it two hours away and returned with it. It took him a considerable amount of time to adjust it, but he succeeded. He informed me that The PAC finally had found the correct part, and he would return next day to make the necessary replacement. He emphasized tha The PAC wanted the service to be of the highest quality, resolving the issues and ensuring the unit was installed to the required standard. He also assured me that I would have the perfect temperature in my home. They provided me with excellent service!!! Great job and service!!!

We had Daniel. He fixed my furnace problem right away and did a whole visual of my system to look for any other problems. He tightened loose screws and solved a leak. He put on shoe covers and was very professional in going thru the house

We were trying to decide about continuing to have our AC and Heating serviced with Princeton Air. Fatmir reviewed the new plans offered by PA (who was absorbed by Weltman). He also went into detail about what needed to be serviced. We were so impressed with Fatmir’s professionalism that we re-signed with Princeton Air for a year. We feel that he earned our business because he earned our trust! Going forward, we will be requesting Fatmir to handle our account!

Princeton Air replaced my heat pump with a new high efficiency model. The team, from the estimator and manager to installers, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. During the installation they kept us informed of timing and worked diligently to complete it timely. The system works great and I have had no issues.

We got an excellent and fast service from Princeton Air, during the cold weather that hit our area recently. They came on Sunday when our furnace stopped working at the coldest time!!!!

I had a frozen pipe so called a few places before Princeton air and plumbing. They were the only ones able to send me someone the same day which was a Sunday! Mike was very professional and effective and luckily was able to thaw the pipe in 20 min!

Service personnel arrived as scheduled and preformed the maintenance as included in our contract without and question, problem or difficulties.

The work was excellent. However, I wish that there was a better way to estimate when the technician would arrive. My window was from 8-12. The tech was able to get to me around 6pm. I spoke with the office twice. If there had been a way to know it would take that long, I could have left my house to run errands.

Marty is the best. Having already provided conclusive test results on an aging boiler, he took a 2nd trip on a cold and raining day to perform additional tests using special equipment to satisfy the customer.
