Their technician spent a lot of time troubleshooting the issue and even got on the phone with the manufacturer’s technical support to get to the bottom of it. Once they determined it was a warranty issue, they took the extra step of hauling away the old unit, picking up a replacement, and installing it themselves — no extra hassle on my end. It’s working perfectly now. Great service and real dedication to getting the job done right. Highly recommend!

A/C went down unexpectedly in the middle of humid New Jersey summer. Princeton Air was out in less than 24 hours and found the problem. Kudos to our tech, Ryan Gobel who must have logged a mile going between the condenser and the air handler in the attic! Not to mention the tight working area in the sweltering attic!

Joe was fantastic . Removed non working ceiling fan and installed the new one we purchased . Made sure all was safe, correct electrical format to meet codes, we were , instructed on how to use it and in various settings per the remote . Completely cleaned up , moved furniture back and hauled away the removed fan . All in all, as usual, 5 star service from Princeton Air .

Get a contract for service as well, saves you $$$ and you get priority service when you call.
