Princeton, NJ: Princeton Air Conditioning, Inc. (PAC) has hired Anthony Szeman who will be taking on the role of Call Center Manager.
Mr. Szeman joined PAC after working the last 15 years at Final Resources Federal Credit Union (FRFCU). He started working as a Call Center Representative and ultimately became Assistant Vice President (AVP). As AVP, Anthony was responsible for the strategic planning, development, staffing, management and financial performance of the 15-seat call center with $400 million in assets and over 20,000 members. Anthony exhibits the company’s Core Values as well as the experience and skill set that will make him successful at PAC.
In his role as Call Center Manager, Mr. Szeman will work with a dynamic and passionate team to ensure continued business practices and growth. Anthony will be part of the leadership team and will train, supervise, and monitor the performance of staff along with reviewing calls and advising team members how to promote sales.

Mr. Szeman has an extensive background in developing operational efficiencies, strategic planning, training/development, sales and performance management. He possesses strong leadership skills that focus on team building and improved customer experience. Anthony and his family reside in Branchburg, NJ.
