Fast Growing HVAC Company Strengthens Executive Team
Princeton, NJ: Princeton Air Conditioning, Inc. (PAC) announced today that Michael Sanjek has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Mr. Sanjek joined PAC in 2016 after five years with South Jersey Gas (SJG), one of the fastest growing utilities in the country. At SJG, Michael led the Energy Consulting and Delivery team which was the company’s sales and marketing business unit. Prior to SJG, Michael was Director of Sales for Petro Oil, having accountability for the firm’s 125+ person sales team across nine states.
In his new role as COO, Mr. Sanjek will lead, manage and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving results and commitments. In addition, he will integrate all major operating functions of the business ensuring everyone is rowing together in the same direction.

Mr. Sanjek earned his MBA from Marist College and also holds credentials as a BPI Building Analyst and LEED Green Associate. Michael and his family reside in Lawrenceville, NJ and are active in the community.
