Run For Dad is a great event to raise awareness and educate men about the dangers of prostate cancer & the importance of screening. It took place on Father's Day at Mercer County Park. This great event included a 5K run, a 2-mile walk, and short races for kids. There was also a Kids Zone with a face painter, a clown performing exciting tricks for children and parents, as well as small craft projects and other fun activities.
This year was actually the largest and most successful Run For Dad in its 15-year history. Over 2,000 people participated in various ways on Father's Day and over $132,000 was raised in donations for cancer research, education, and patient services of the American Cancer Society. Princeton Air was one of many contributors who donated to this wonderful cause and community event. It was a great opportunity to support employee engagement and teamwork while building the corporate brand.
