Rider University has an executive MBA program and one of the classes offered in the program is Top Management Perspective. On Saturday, January 12, 2019, as part of this class, an executive panel was held that talked to the students about what it is like being a senior executive/ running a business.
Scott Needham, President of Princeton Air, was on this panel and discussed what it is like running Princeton Air from start to finish, the business, his role at the company with a focus on decision making as a leader, and he specifically touched upon how a top executive needs to think differently.
Scott Needham said, “I had a great experience at the Rider Executive MBA panel discussion on Saturday. While our Panel was there to offer up our experiences regarding decision making and strategic thinking, I walked away with a list of ideas (from the panel & the students) that could easily be implemented into my own business! Thanks for inviting me, Dr. Ron Cook.”
